The class schedule production calendar shows key scheduling dates by academic year and term.
Definitions
- Roll forward: Previous like-item class information rolls forward.
- CCS open: Department schedulers update course information (cancel, add, change). College administrators review department schedules for adherence to standard time and course access policies. Changes to meeting time(s) or enrollments greater than room capacity will result in loss of central room assignment.
- CCS closed: CCS closed to schedulers while rooms are assigned centrally.
