The Office of Classroom Management (OCM) is open Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. View the standard hours of operation for classrooms on the Twin Cities campus.

Classroom support hotline

Call the classroom support hotline for help with your device or to report an issue in the room using the following options. 

Select:

  • Option 1: Connect to 24/7 technology troubleshooting with the Office of Information Technology.
  • Option 2: Report issues to the Office of Classroom Management about a classroom, including presentation technology or anything facilities-related.

An on-call manager will monitor messages left before 7:30 a.m. and after 4:00 p.m.

We are available for orientation sessions on classroom technology! You bring your device and an idea of how you plan to use the space. Classroom Technical Services

Classroom Technical Services (CTS) will be ceasing operations in early fall 2026 and is no longer accepting new work or project requests.

  • Design, Installation, and Service requests: CTS is no longer accepting new projects or service requests. For AV assistance, please refer to the University-wide Pricing Agreements to find available vendors in the "Audio Visual Equipment, Supplies & Service" category.
