Call the classroom support hotline for help with your device or to report an issue in the room using the following options.
Select:
- Option 1: Connect to 24/7 technology troubleshooting with the Office of Information Technology.
- Option 2: Report issues to the Office of Classroom Management about a classroom, including presentation technology or anything facilities-related.
An on-call manager will monitor messages left before 7:30 a.m. and after 4:00 p.m.
Facility-related issues
Call the Facilities Management Call Center at 612-624-2900.
All other issues
Contact OCM classroom support. If you call the support hotline, use “Option 3” to leave an after-hours message.
We are available for orientation sessions on classroom technology! You bring your device and an idea of how you plan to use the space. Classroom Technical Services (CTS) will be ceasing operations in early fall 2026 and is no longer accepting new work or project requests.
