OCM is partnering with several groups on campus to manage a variety of new learning spaces. These transfers will streamline scheduling of these spaces, and provide more direct oversight for the maintenance of the furnishings and technology.

OIT and CLA transferred the computer labs in Appleby 204, 227, and 321, and Ford B53 into OCM's inventory. Appleby 204 and Ford B53 will be converted to standard classrooms, while Appleby 227 and 321 remain computer labs. OIT will retain responsibility for the computers and software in these labs.

OCM also assumed responsibility for 15,000 square feet of classroom space in Mondale Hall, including rooms 1, 3, 5, 7, 15, 20, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, and 65. Significant changes are not planned for these rooms immediately.

OCM partnered with the Academic Health Center to make improvements to Moos Tower 3-110. An accessible entrance will be added at the front of the room, and new A/V technology will be installed.
