Maintenance services

Classroom Technical Services (CTS) provides preventative maintenance and repair services for technology in department-owned classrooms, conference rooms, and study spaces on a fee-for-service basis. CTS staff are professionally trained and support the greater University campus system.

Maintenance and room check services are billed at time and materials rates for department-owned space.

  • Verifying projector settings for maximizing lamp life
  • Checking control system operations
  • Checking cables for wear and connection problems
  • Providing repair/replacement recommendations on identified system problems
  • Video conferencing systems maintenance and software upgrades
